When you are going to bluff, you should eventually have an opponent who is caring about your tell or someone who is able to decipher what you mean by the poker tell.  What it the point in bluffing versus someone who cannot decipher you tells at all. Some of them are truly mathematical and in some situations regardless of how harshly you bet with big money, they nevertheless fold, because they were correct in the math and they will go all in rather folding to your bluff if they are sure they are going to win.

But, statistically tight players are keen to the information you spread in your bluff, especially if they are playing with a hand and you prove to them that it is second best in the table then they will better fold than risk any more play, but you need to be skillful in the make believe play.
