Bluffing and bluff strategy is primarily the difficult but a dire necessity in the current day poker world.  There is not any apprehension in the meaning of the statement that if one does not bluff in poker there is going to be not any guarantee for being a successful poker player. Bluffing is optional and not mandatory, but competition has made it more of a requirement than just an option. Bluffing in poker is no easy deal, it requires an in depth poker knowledge, and a lot of guts to make it on stage at any point in time.

Everyone that is going bluffing in poker does not succeed.  Truly, bluffing in poker is going to be very much embarrassing when the bluffer is caught and it eventually spoils the strategy and playing anymore when the bluff is cracked, but anyone that successfully stages the bluffing in poker gets away with a nice pot much to the envy of others at the table.

Anyone that has bluffing books and bluffing guides would have understood that poker in general is based on positional play relative to the dealer and that is a big factor to be considered in bluffing in poker. Anyone that does not have a position sense is highly warned from bluffing. Making a bluffing game without a consideration to positional play is never a matter that should be considered.  It does not make the purpose 99.9% of the time.

The difficult part about bluffing in poker are knowing when to truly dial up to make the aggressive betting bluffs to fake a dominant position to have others fold; and, also about when to keep sleeping rather than risk bluffing drama.  Trying to make low hand bluffs over an opponent with a monster hand can be one of the worse mistakes if the opponent is waiting some small slit for improvement.  They can cost all the money in bet if they get a break in the next card. 

Bluffing in poker should be done after analyzing exactly what the opponents might be holding and about why they are still in the heads up in the table without an idea of such it is going to be difficult to execute a bluffing that will perform its purpose.  The main thing that one should consider while bluffing in poker is about why they repeatedly call or stay heads up despite all the heated pressure on them.
